How far in advance should I book my session?
We recommend booking 2-3 weeks in advance for optimal scheduling flexibility. We often accommodate last-minute sessions within 48-72 hours for urgent business needs — rush sessions may include additional fees.
What if I need to reschedule my session?
Business schedules change. Rescheduling is free with 48+ hours notice. Within 48 hours may incur a rescheduling fee depending on circumstances. We work with you to find a solution.
How many photos will I receive?
Photo count varies by package: Executive Essentials includes 15 edited photos, CEO Content Kit includes 25+ photos, and other packages are specified at booking. All photos are professionally edited and delivered in multiple formats.
Can I request specific edits or revisions?
Yes. We include reasonable revision requests in all packages — minor adjustments to color, cropping, or retouching. Major re-editing or additional image selections may incur additional fees depending on scope.
What happens if I'm not satisfied with the results?
Client satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not happy with the session results, we’ll address concerns through additional editing or, if necessary, a reshoot at no additional charge. We stand behind our work completely.
What are your payment terms and policies?
50% deposit to secure your session date, balance due on session day. We accept credit cards, bank transfers, and business checks. All pricing is transparent upfront — no hidden fees.
